Through accountability, motivation and patience. I always give regular feedback to both parents and student on my student's learning progression. I believe that learning should not be confined to the limits of textbooks and students should understand what they are learning in the wider context of society, for example, through story telling on themes such as history, law and ethics. I always go back to the basics/foundation from time to time when students start to veer off, as such, when a challenging question appears in exam, they are able to handle the question with confidence.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
Re-reading and re-researching on the changes with MOE, engage in academic discourse with fellow teachers and my school lecturers as well as attend overseas conferences on Education.
