I am patient and able to dedicate work to suit the students' weak areas. I believe in firm and strict yet friendly relationship with my students. I will never provide answers straight to my students. I allow my students to do the question independently once and make comments on his approach. I make all necessary explanations to students for them to understand the right approach. I strictly ensure that the students understand the approach to the question they are unable to solve earlier by presenting it again to them with slight changes in the same questions. I adjust my pedagogy to suit the personality and character of each unique student.
