I adapt to the style that suits the students the most. I understand that students are all very different and require different techniques for learning. I have also incorporated IT into learning (i.e using of online resources to aim rote memory and as well as understanding of concepts) - I find this especially useful when students transition to their university phase and also encourage them to explore further and enjoy learning.
I am also receptive to changes highlighted by the parents and will put in my utmost effort to assist the child in learning.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I have several students and this allows me to keep updated with the curriculum. Additionally, I also have resources from different schools to ensure that I know what's still relevant.
