I teach according to students' level of capibility. This gives my pupils more space for growth. For pupils who are struggling in school, they can be assured of a pace that is more suited for them when they are with me. For pupils who are doing well in school, they can proceed to learn other higher level concepts, ahead of the syllabus. I always strive to make sure my pupils progress, not in terms of conventional standards set out by schools but in terms of pupils' own abilities.
