Been teaching as part-time for around 2 years, before and after National Service. I care for my students and I try to understand their views before deciding how to approach concepts to be effective.

Rapport Building
I try to understand how my students study and look at concepts before I think of how to teach them, as every student has their unique needs. I try to meet those and I try my best to plan ahead for a progressive tutoring. I help them with their homework whenever needed and I always try to teach them the key points in the problems that they couldn't figure out so that they can solve similar questions with ease in the future. I try to understand what the student and their parents want to achieve and I will do everything within my capacity to help achieve them.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I study the syllabus and think about how I approached concepts and I plan for my lessons prior.
