I not only try ensuring that they score well in their tests but also ensure that the concepts are crystal clear to them. I believe that a thorough understanding of the subject is essential and use variety of innovative techniques to achieve the desired results.I believe in giving my students some homework so as to ensure that they revise what had been taught to them in class. Apart from giving homework, I also believe in giving tests to my students which are similar to the format that is used in their school.
