I believe very strongly in encouragement and affirmation, as it goes a long way in developing a student's potential and esteem, as well as their mindset towards learning. I aspire to make learning an enjoyable and fulfilling journey, rather than students viewing it as a burden or a chore. As for parents, I will maintain a friendly and pleasant relationship, and will make sure that their child's progress is constantly tracked and reported to them. After all, we, as tutors, have a huge responsibility of their child's academia, and should be a transparent and honest bridge between the child and their possibly concerned parents.
