Tuition/Teaching Experience: I graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a diploma in Child Psychology & Early Eduation. I was awarded a scholarship and was part of the Director's List during my course of study.

Since then, I have worked mainly as a preschool teacher and a behavior therapist; bridging children with special needs into the mainstream setting.

I also have 2 years of tutoring experience while pursuing my diploma and post graduation.

I strongly believe that every child is unique and deserves the best environment to grow and learn. I am flexible and creative with my teaching. With my passion and skillsets, I am confident to provide an enriching and fun environment for your child to learn in.

Commitment / Other Details: I am currently an undergraduate studying psychology in Murdoch Univeristy. I am doing my studies part time so as to gain more working experience.

I am passionate to work with children, and specialize in working with children with special needs. After my undergraduate studies, I hope to move on to my Masters in Psychology so as to become a registered Psychologist in future.

Rapport Building: I am easy going and will be more than willing to communicate effectively. I believe it is crucial for parents and the teachers to work closely with one another in order to maximize learning.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: I have recently graduated from my diploma in 2014, therefore I am up to date with the latest teaching approaches and curriculum.

I also make sure to read up on news articles so as to continue to stay relevant.

As a Good Tutor: I am a highly committed and passionate individual who will try her best to maximize the child's learning.

I believe in building a strong rapport with the child in order for him/ her to trust me and work with me effectively.

I believe every child is difference hence not one of my tuition child shares the same experience.

I recently worked with a K2 boy who recently moved on to primary 1. When I met him, his command of English was weak and he had difficulties with reading. However through our continuous effort, he managed to pick up and improve his English skills tremendously. I am proud to say that he is doing well in primary school these days!
