Teaching has always been my interest. Now that I have just graduated from JC, I would love to take this opportunity to teach others with my years of experience. I am patient in teaching others, and I always strive to not just teach the subject content, but also to help others find out better ways to study. I believe that the focus of studying is not just the content of the subject, but the skills as well. Teaching both content and skills is my aim as a tutor.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
As a fresh graduand from JC, who studied Arts, specialising in the English language with my H2 English Language & Linguistics subject studied. In JC, I am also a holder of the English Language Elective Scholarship, pursuing my interest in the study of English. Mathematics has also been my strongest subject since secondary school, and taking it as an H1 subject in JC. Also, having studied H2 Literature in English at JC, I am able to teach Literature at the secondary school level.
As a Good Tutor
I have had experience teaching my younger sister when I was in Secondary School, understanding what it takes to not only teach a subject, but to also let my others find interest in what they study. With interest and patience I have for teaching, I see myself able to provide assistance to any student who is willing to learn. At the same time, I recognise that different people study in different ways. From my experience as a "teacher" and student, I am able to adapt to the needs of the student.
