Rapport Building
I'm pretty easy going and sociable, so I usually do not have problems in communication. However, I can be strict and firm when it comes to work and especially on what students must or must not do. I like to give students who are having a hard time encouragement and support and give them positive reinforcements.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I ask my friends who are tutors themselves for syllabus and good assessment books. I also check with my friends' younger siblings on what the current curriculum is.
