I am quite assertive and will try to build discipline in the student. Most important, keep the student interested in their learning. Have handbook to update parents on their learning progress. Also to feedback them on certain aspects that can be improved. Quarterly tests to keep their progress in check as well. Ensure there are results from my tutoring.
