I have been a part-time tutor since 2008, specialising in teaching Mathematics, English (for Primary and Lower Secondary) as well as Chinese (Kindergarten and Primary).
I have worked with students who had significant difficulties in performing academically (not just in the subjects for which I tutored them). With my guidance and faith, they performed well and exceeded expectations in their school and national examinations. I believe that all children have the innate ability to excel - it is up to the tutor to ignite the passion for the subject and lead the children on a path of self-discovery and excellence in helping them perform academically.
