I prepare extra resources and materials for my sessions. Usually, I would start the sessions by asking students the areas they would like to focus on. I can start as soon as possible

I am currently teaching in a Primary school, and as such is familiar with the Primary school curriculum. I intend to focus on teaching English and Mathematics.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
As a Good Tutor
I do not only guide my tutee to complete their school work or homework. In fact, during tuition, I section my class into a few parts, namely warm up stage with simple exercises, review or helping with homework; thematic focus, and drills. The student may choose to work on specific items or area of study that the student is not confident in, using materials I select either from the bookstore or found online. Some of the materials I use are created by myself, so there is an added value there. I value the 1.5 to 2 hours we have during tuition, and it will definitely be enriching for the child.
