I have never taught tuition before but I had been made group leader for Project Work in my Junior College as well as a group leader in my class study group.
I would say that I have the drive and passion to be successful and to see others succeed as well. As long as someone is willing to push him/herself, I am sure he will succeed.
My approach may be more to personal interaction (consultation) or with a small group.
