Experiences Peer tutoring on a voluntary basis in primary, secondary and junior college level Teaching Style In any form that best suits the learning needs of the student: 1. Ask-and-learn - Tutee prepares a ready set of questions to be asked and answered during the session 2. Guided Practice - Tutee to do homework/ any other assignments under the guidance of the tutor 3. Timed assignment - Tutee to undergo a mini quiz set by the tutor which would then be gone through during the session 4. Stepping-ahead - Tutee would undergo lessons that have not been covered by the school teachers to give them a step ahead of others during school time 5. Revision - Tutor would revise with tutee previous concepts to refresh their memory or to clarify misconceptions, or to provide summaries of every topic (A mixture of teaching styles can be adopted upon request of the tutee/ parent
