Rapport Building
I believe building a good relationship with students is very important. I always start my lessons with a warm smile and friendly questions. I like to know my students' hobbies and interests, so I can make the class more fun and personal. I listen carefully when they talk and encourage them to speak more. If they make mistakes, I correct them gently and help them feel more confident. I also share a little about myself, so they feel comfortable with me. When students trust their teacher, they are more willing to learn. That’s why I always try to be patient, kind, and supportive
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I make sure to follow the teaching plan and curriculum carefully. Before every lesson, I prepare my materials based on what students need to learn. I check their progress and review topics when necessary. I also use different activities to make the lessons more interesting, like games, songs, or short videos. If a student finds a topic difficult, I take more time to explain it clearly. I believe it’s important to stay organized and work step by step. This helps the students learn better and feel more prepared for tests or school work
As a Good Tutor
A good tutor is not only a teacher but also a guide and friend. I always try to understand each student’s learning style and needs. I create a safe and friendly space where they can ask questions without fear. I give them feedback and praise when they do well, which helps build their confidence. I am always patient and ready to explain things again in a different way if needed. I also try to make learning fun by using real-life examples or stories. My goal is to help my students enjoy learning and improve step by step.
