Keeping Up with Curriculum
There are frequent changes in curriculum, assessment modalities, and economic realities that affect the teaching and learning environment. We, as teachers, have to keep pace with these new developments and trends or fall behind, lose the competitive edge and place our students at a disadvantage.

One of the many ways is to use the internet, which is an invaluable tool in this respect. Enormous amounts of information on any subject are available online. Hence, it is the latest in professional development and communication skills. Educational technology is also there for the taking and we can take full advantage of it, such as by bringing it more fully into classroom practice and homework, reading educational blogs, newsletters, access podcasts, follow webinars and relevant social media pages, etc.
As a Good Tutor
As an undergraduate, I understand how students can go through immense stress throughout their journeys as students. I believe that even though a little stress is essential to succeed, studying under too much of it may result in adverse effects. Hence, I believe that I possess qualities that will be able to help students in achieving balance, such as friendliness and congeniality, good personality, good communicator and listener, accountability and adaptability. Most importantly, the single most important quality that every teacher should possess is a love and passion for teaching young people. Kids today are smarter than we often give them credit for. They will have a better relationship and learn more efficiently from a teacher who enjoys what they do.
