I have 3 younger siblings. Since I was in primary school, I have helped coach them to reasonably good grades. My two sisters made it into NanYang Girls' High and my brother got into The Chinese High School. I have also gave tuition to my cousins.
I feel that I am very patient especially when I encounter weaker students. I find new and innovative ways to engage them as I know how straining tuition can be after a long day in school.
