I graduated from Nanyang Polytechnic with Diploma in Electronics, Computer and Communications Engineering in 2002.
I started my education career in 2012, when I met my husband, who is a teacher in an international school in Singapore. As his whole family is in the education industry, I was inspired to pursue my childhood dream as an educator.
I have strong interest in Mathematics in particular. She tutored students who are either weak in subjects and those who just need a little motivation to further excel in grades. They are all improving gradually and one of them have had shave had shown improvement in her math from grade F to B.
I believe that every child is unique and there is no "one size fits all" method when it comes to teaching. I am very interested to understand what each child's needs and do my best to motivate them and guide them through their learning journey. I make extra effort in understanding her students' weaknesses and spend time making sure they understand the concepts and methods in solving problems.
It's a rewarding journey and I hope I can make the same success story out of you.
