Being a poor student once, I understand how does it feel to be weak at a subject and what is needed to improve. I hope to teach students the attitude and knowledge require to excel in a subject.
I will try to make my tutoring session as casual as possible to ensure that my student can communicate with me comfortably. This way, it is easier for me to understand my student's needs and difficulties in their subject. I will also update the student's parent on their progress and let them know how I intend to help their child improve.

By looking at past year papers, ten year series and looking at student's study plan. I will also ask my friends who are tutoring.
As a Good Tutor
A good tutor should be able to see things from his student's perspective and motivate them to do better.
