Tuition/Teaching Experience: I used to tutor after my A-Levels and during my undergraduate studies for 2 years. I am a partial ASEAN scholar and SIngapore government Public Service Commission (PSC) funded my undergraduate studies by providing me interest free tuition loan.
After graduation I worked for large multinational companies like Shell and I worked to develop people capabilities.
I also teach part time at SIM University and enjoy developing students and motivating them to excel.
I believe in the value of education and focus on helping students learn by understanding fundamental principles and not learning by memorising. I help students learn by connecting theory to the real world and how the knowledge they learn is actually used in real life.
