I have one year experience in teaching secondary 1 emath. My student grades improved from a passing grade of C6 to A2. Currently I am also teaching a CHIJ girl Emath and her results have improved from a fail to B3 after tutoring for 2 months. Nonetheless these improvements are also largely due to the students' individual hard work and determination to score well.
With my experiences, I am able to better gauge a student's learning speed as well as determining what kind of learner they are. From there, I would then implement a suitable teaching style to suit their preference and learning style so as to enhance teaching. This greatly helps in their studying and definitely improves grades.

As I have only 2 students currently(stopping at 3 students), timing wise would definitely be flexible as I would ensure enough time slots to suit the students preferred timings.
