I would usually strike interesting conversation with students, instead of portraying myself as a teacher, I want to be their best friend aka big sister so they would feel more comfortable in approaching me with questions. This would definitely cultivate their learning interest of students. For parents, constant communications and update of their children are very important, I would keep parents updated of their children's progress and discuss for ways to improve the learning environment, pace.
