I am willing to commit mostly on the weekends and will be only strictly interested in teaching Emathd and Amaths for both lower and as I feel that I'm most comfortable and well-versed with the subject
Rapport Building
I am generally a very outgoing person and from my perspective, students learn a lot better and are more open to learning when they are comfortable with his/her tutors. Back in college I used to teach my peers quite a fair bit and had also been given the chance to teach the entire economics class as I was one of the better students. Hence, I feel that I can built a comfortable momentum with the student help them achieve better grades.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
As subject syallabuses constantly change and the demand for students get higher, I keep myself updated in the realm of economics via reading the news, specifically the business/economics section. This has allowed me to further widen my economic scope even after the Alevels in 2015. As such, this will allow me to guide the student to having greater appreciation for the subject to drive themselves towards achieveing better grades.
As a Good Tutor
In my personal opinion, a good tutor is one who can not only instil educational contents adeptly but also build rapport with the student so as to allow better communication, which is essential in clearing any doubts and misguidance in their thought process. Furthermore, I am a person who strongly believes in mastering basic concepts before attempting high level questions, hence I will ensure my student sufficiently understands the content knowledge before drilling into the typical high end questions posted by the prestigious colleges nowadays.
