Tuition/Teaching Experience
Having tutoring experience over 4 years, i have coached students of different learning needs and tailored my teaching styles accordingly. I have always believed in guiding each tutee, placing importance on their weaknesses and gradually moving towards improving their results. To assess their understandings, i conduct tests periodically and pay attention to areas they need more guidance in. Several students under my tutelage have improved in their results, especially students performing below average. One of my student was performing poorly in English (pri 6), with my patience and his constant practice, he scored a 'B' for the final year examinations. Another student (sec 1), was constantly scoring a B3 for English, with guided coaching and his efforts, he scored A1 for the exams last year.
I believe in working together with the parents and tutees towards achieving good grades in examinations. I can commit on a long-term basis and would arrange the schedules according to' preferred slots. Thank you.
