Working in an education industry has also exposed me to a variety of teaching methods such as E-learning, utilizing SMARTboard technology, implementing customised curriculum books using manipulatives, hands-on activities so on and so forth. I also strongly believe in conducting my lessons in a variety of formats, from hands-on lessons to teacher-led lessons, and from discussion-based lessons to student-taught lessons. In this 21st century, we must be receptive to the idea of putting the teaching component into the hands of the students, allowing them to become experts in their topic and to help others learn about it.
