Tutoring Subjects

Commitment / Other Details: I am able to start ASAP and commit long term to students. Students typically link up with me for flexibility in lesson timings, allowing me to cater to various schedules.

Rapport Building: I prefer to have a short chat before the first lesson to get to know the parent and student and understand them. Students know me for being friendly and always being available to answer their questions. I often take a few minutes before or after the lesson to check up on the student's experience and progress in school or even address queries from parents.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: I stay in contact with my students, fellow tutors/teachers and my recent experience as a student of the curriculum also helps.

As a Good Tutor: I am patient and engage the student in active analysis to improve their ability to arrive at good conclusions. This prepares them for different situations. I believe adaptation is the key; I am able to use a variety of teaching methods to best cater to the student, motivating them and helping them achieve the best results. I strive to be approachable and students know me for being friendly and being available to answer their questions.
