I will spend some time trying to understand the student and also identify areas where he or she requires coaching or more emphasis in. Next, I will adopt an approach that is more suitable towards his style of learning. Learning Chinese is not exactly easy given our English-speaking environment but I'm confident to bring out the best in the student given the kind of learning environment I was exposed to while I was with Hwachong and the Raffles schools.
