I have experience in teaching 2 students - a P3 student in English and Math (2012), and a PSLE student English, Math, and Science (2015). Both of them have made improvements as evident from their tests results within a couple of months.
I had worked in Ernst and Young as an Auditor and an accountant in a private company so I am good at accounting even though I have yet to teach a POA student so far.
I tend not to spoon feed my students. Instead, I will guide the students in finding the answer step by step because it is more beneficial to the students and they are more likely to retained the working processes in their memories if they arrive at the solutions by their own efforts.
