Tuition/Teaching Experience
I have about 4 years of tutoring experience. I love love love teaching children and I am grooming myself in the corporate world aiming to expose myself to real life challenges. With that I hope to clinch a teaching position with MOE. I strongly believe I have the attributes to teach and listen. I was truly inspired by my own sister who has been a teacher for 7 years now. While I work my way up, I aim to tutor, inspire and help students in the best possible way in their education.
I am currently a Management Associate Officer at NUS Business School under Finance and Ranking. I am able to teach after office working hours and stay committed for the whole year of any student whom I commit to. Thereafter, I believe if the student is satisfied with my way of teaching, I am most willing to extend my tuition services for the next round of education level. During the week days I am able to give tuition after 6pm and for the weekends, I am extremely flexible with the hours according to the students' needs.
Rapport Building
I am a friendly person and strongly feel that, occassional updates of students' performance to parents is essential to re ensure that their children are in good hands. As for students, having a skillful communication set to match with their learning needs is also important to build a good relationship.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
Normally, I have discussions with my sister who is a primary school teacher. Besides that, I also have cousins who are in the teaching profession whom I can consult.
