"Ms Joyce called me on the day i submitted my request for tutor. I told her my needs and she tried to match me with the tutor I have shortlisted. Unfortunately the shortlisted tutor has full schedule and won't be able to take in any more assignments. Ms Joyce came back with another tutor but I was not impressed with the profile. I shortlisted another tutor and Ms Joyce called me on the day that my second shortlisted tutor is able to take in my child. All of this just happened in 2 days! I am impressed with Ms Joyce's service.
