I have been with MOE for 9 years and have been teaching Upper Primary. I have taught in Nanyang Primary School previously and am aware of the systems that they have in place.
I can start immediately and can commit Mondays and Wednesdays to start at 5pm.
Rapport Building
I communicate closely with parents on individual needs and differentiated feedback to every child. I believe in empowering pupils through understanding and mastering the subject, to replace fear and resentment of the subject. Encouragement and morale is very important to a pupils and I display these qualities in my teaching. I am also able to connect well with younger pupils.
