    A former MOE Secondary School teacher with 7 years of experience, I resigned to work as a full time home tutor.

    During my last few years teaching in a local secondary school, I taught all three streams so I would be able to teach and handle my students well. I have a variety of ways and tricks to teach my students so they would be able to learn one concept from many distinct angles. This differs well from others who usually teach using one static method.

    My best student experience is helping a Cambodian student to jump from F9 at her preliminary examination to A2 at O Level for Additional Mathematics within one month. I taught her on a daily basic for 3 hours continuously.

    One of my former students once told me that he had failed Science at every level till I became his Science teacher. He went on to do well in his Science at NA Level.

    I have won numerous Science and Mathematics awards when I was a student in secondary school. I would show my school testimonial to the student/parent at the first session.

    I scored distinction for E Math, A Math, Pure Physics and Chemistry at O Level and Math at A Level. I graduated from NUS with a BSc (Pass with Merit), majoring in Math.

    A dedicated ex MOE teacher who can commit long term to ensure the student can score A1 for both Math and Science.

    If the student is in Sec 1 now, I would be able to provide tuition for the next 4/5 years.
