    I am currently studying in NUS and am staying in hall. I am also currently taking up driving lessons to get my license.
    Rapport Building
    I build rapport by reaching early, thus having more time to talk to the child as well as the parent. In this way, I get to understand and know them more. This also helps me in being able to better help the child in his/her work.
    Keeping Up with Curriculum
    I regularly discuss with my friends about the curriculum and how it is changing. I also have younger cousins myself who are still in primary/secondary schools, and have helped them in their work. I make use of that time to look through what they are studying in school now.
    As a Good Tutor
    Good tutors should be punctual and make full use of their time with the child. They should also be responsible for the child's progress and should be patient in teaching the child, ensuring that they fully understand and learn what is being taught. They should also be able to highlight to the child where are the essential parts to take note of as well as build up on the child's basics in a subject.
