- Joshua was fantastic. I have been so busy to do any follow-up. He was very patient to call me almost everyday without a tinge of impatience in his voice. He has very good customer service. Keep it up, Joshua!

(This one made us scratch our heads at first, but yes, we will definitely try to follow-up more closely with you. Our coordinators may fall sick at times, please pardon. Our coordinators will also have a stronger buddy system next year so that they can cover for each others’ off days)
