The entry points into JCs has been released. St. Joseph's Institution has made its way into the list after making its inaugural intake of
O level students in 2013. It makes a strong entry at 7th place in the popularity charts, making usurping the long-time held positions of other JCs further down the ranks.
The scores listed are net of any deduction that can be made by students. A 2-point deduction is granted if a student scores between A1-C6 on both his/her
English and
Higher Mother Tongue. Another 2-point deduction is granted for a distinction in CCA grade. A further 2-point deduction is given to students who apply to their affiliated JCs and who choose the JCs as first or second choices.
