I am open to meeting new people from all kinds of backgrounds, and I try to find common ground with parents such as a desire for the student to succeed, no matter where they are in their educational path. I am also aware that every student is different, and that they are motivated by different things, so I will leverage on that to motivate them. At the end of the day, I believe that this is a partnership and the student needs to be engaged and committed for maximum success.
