Commitment / Other Details: able to start asap and would like to walk with the students through their primary education years.

Rapport Building: communicate. start off with knowing the child as a person which can be as mundane things, interests, dislikes. Understanding how each child learns in his/her ways where the child is more attuned. i keep parents informed of progress and also to be realistic in setting the learning plans for both the parents' and child's expectations. i usually start off lesson with sharing my day's activities and asked about the child's as well.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: read, go online and check out various means of curriculum and also reading up on websites for both parents and schools' news.

As a Good Tutor: love the well being of a child not just solely on the grades of the kid. patience and endurance with the child as each child's growth in learning is of different pace. a sense of responsibility and commitment to the child as well.
