Commitment / Other Details: Will be able to start immediate, weekdays, 2-3 times a week.

Rapport Building: Arvelia has always loved children and has special interest towards education. While waiting for university, she did her internship in international kindergarten tuition centre, assisting the principal teachers with their classes. And she loves it a lot! During her university holiday every year, instead of going overseas for luxury holiday, she chose to travel to rural villages in Indonesia. With a group of friends, they conducted classes for the students there and share their lessons plans to the teachers there to help the students there learn better and improve their performance.

Understanding the children and is extremely important. In addition, Arvelia always emphasize to her students that she is not merely a teacher. The child, parents and she are teammates. She always highlight to her students that she is there to help, not to teach, that the kids should not be ashamed or embarrassed if they are not sure with certain things.

She uses her students' interest to approach them, make friend with them and even use some of their interest to help the students learn in an easier and more interesting way. This will make them even more excited with the lessons.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: She is constantly observing trends through online and revision papers from schools. She equip the students with problem solving skills rather than just an exam answer.
