Rapport Building: I believed in maintaining good relationship with the parents. Tuition should not be treated as a quick success scheme. Both the tutor and parents should work together to support the children in achieving their academic goals.

I will inform the parents weekly on the progress of the student. When I face the problem of students not doing their homework frequently, I will notify the parents straightaway and to involve them to ensure that their children do their work before the tuition class.

Mode of contact: Small chat without the student with the parents after lesson, phone call, whatsApp messages.
