I will be able to build rapport with my students by giving them motivation by giving them presents if they perform well in their exams/tests. With parents, I will be in touch with them by reporting their performance after every lesson so in that case parents are able to maintain and keep track of their kid's performance and be aware of what the tutor went through in the lesson.
