I have very good interpersonal skills and very friendly, likeable, warm and approachable in nature. I build very good rapport with all my students as well as their parents through giving updates on students' progress through individual conferencing, phone calls, email, whatsApp messages and writing motivational notes. I am a trained teacher counsellor and has been counselling students in school. I am able to cater to the emotional and psychological needs of students apart from maximising their academic performance.
I will have a communication book whereby I write notes to parents to update the day to day progress and the parents will need to sign to acknowledge my comments. I am a very experienced teacher, mother and professional educator. I am very open to friendly conversations and professional updates.
