I would usually create a bonding with the kids and the parents. For example, instead of immediately getting into the lesson, I would speak to my tutee about his/her day. During lessons I will reward my tutee to make lessons more fun and engage with them. As for their parents, i would often keep them posted with their child's progress. So on and so forth.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
As a Good Tutor
Being responsible is very important. A tutor should plan their lessons before going over for tuition. Being punctual for their classes is a necessity as our students would look up to us in certain ways. We should not be bad examples. being patient with our students as not every child understands their work real quick.
