Commitment / Other Details
I can start teaching from February 2017 onwards.
Rapport Building
I like to engage in interactions with my students, such as asking them questions, encouraging them to speak up etc. I feedback to parents regarding their child's learning progress, and likewise I welcome feedback.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I watch the news to be updated of the latest policies and meet up often with my tutor circle to share ideas and feedback. I also check out the bookstore for the latest assessments and textbooks.
As a Good Tutor
Firstly, I believe that students should take an active role in learning. I will train them to have independent thinking, so that they clarify doubts and develop critical thinking. Even for younger students who tend to lose focus easily, I keep them interested by engaging them in interactive ways.

Secondly, "constant is key". This is the rule of thumb to improve the grades of any student. With constant and regular practice, it builds up the confidence of students even in their weakest subjects.
