Tuition/Teaching Experience
I am a kind and patient teacher, I believe students have to strike a balance between work and play. I value hard work as it paths the way to good results. I have came a long way from secondary school, where my results were not the greatest in comparison to my peers, However, I was able to do relatively well in my A-levels, thus allowing me to get a spot in the School of Economics in Singapore Management University.

I have taught both the lower and upper primary students in a student care centre for 2 years. I teach the subjects Mathematics and English, and occasionally Science for the upper primary students. I have given free tuition to needy students and it has made me more passionate in educating students and spreading knowledge.

Commitment / Other Details
I am an undergraduate, therefore it explains my tight schedule. If there are clashes between my school work and tuition classes, I will rearrange classes and parents will be informed three days in advance.

I have handled children with special needs in the student care centre. I am aware patience is important in handling students with special needs as they need time to learn and comprehend information.
Rapport Building
I believe time will help to develop the friendship between teachers and students.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
Students would have to inform me what the teacher are teaching for the following week to ensure that I am able to keep up with the school curriculum.
As a Good Tutor
I am strict, but I try to be lenient when the student is showing difficulties in keeping up with classes. I will give work to students on a weekly basis and I expect them to complete the work and bring it back.

Failure to bring the work back completed will result in the child having to complete the work in tuition classes.
